@Michael S. Thanks a lot for your feed back. How much cash flow do  Madison properties generate? Is the ROI > 8% ?

Thanks @Gorden Lopes and @James Lowery for your input. Vert helpful for somebody like me who is not familiar with the city!

Thank you very much Tim.

Thanks a lot for all the input and experiences you shared.

@Tim White could you please identify the path of growth in Huntsville?

@Michael S. and @John White I really appreciate your input. What are your thoughts about buying properties in cities like Madison or Athens in terms of appreciation and cash flow?

@John White Thank you very much for your comment. What is your opinion about appreciation in these areas?

Hi,

My husband and I are interested in buying investments properties in Huntsville Al. We were referred to a turnkey property management company that mostly sells properties in 35810 zip code. Based on a few old posts on previous forums, I got the idea that this is not a good neighborhood and a few even mentioned to avoid this area. I just wanted to see if anybody who is familiar with the city has any input or advice. Do you see any future appreciation on the properties in this neighborhood?

 Thanks a lot in advance,

I am trying to purchase a rental investment property in Port Richey, Fl. Was wondering if there is any way to rate different areas of the city as good/bad/ugly. Is there any body familiar with the area that can specifically tell me which areas to avoid?
