Does anybody know of a good law firm in Ocala area to file and represent for a small claims court case?

Does anyone know a good and fair lawyer in Ocala, Florida who can assist with filing a small claims court case against tenants for damages caused on the property?

Thanks Scott, would be greatly appreciated if you give me contact information of your PM. Which areas are they providing services?

@Kevin Sobilo Thank you for your comment. After obtaining court judgment, cannot we hire a collection company to go after them?

Our tenant vacated our property, leaving extensive damages that surpass the security deposit. How can we effectively pursue the charges if the tenant refuses or ignores the responsibility to cover the repair costs?

Also, is it legally permissible to share information about the damages with their new landlord if they don't pay within a specific timeframe?

As far as we heard, unfortunately the builder has filed for bankruptcy, so the chances of getting anything from them is extremely low. If we put 4.5 mm vinyl to only repair the damaged area with matching vinyl (lower cost), how long would that last on average?

@Bruce Woodruff the total area is about 1370 sf. The problem is identifying the root cause and are not sure about whether repairing only the damaged area with the same vinyl will prevent a recurrence within the next 2 years. Do you happen to know the typical thickness of vinyl used for flooring in Florida? Additionally, Is tile a recommended alternative? The cost estimate we got for replacing the entire flooring is very high, and we are not sure about whether to invest that much money in a complete replacement or opt for repairing only the affected area. Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.

@Shannon D. Do you have any information on the Flooring Contractor's insurance company?

Unfortunately, I don't have any information about the contractor and their insurance company. Do builders normally provide these info?

I showed these pictures to a contractor and they said these damages are due to improper installation of the vinyl planks and can not be done by tenant. As you can see planks are popped up and ripped off all over the place. Appreciate any thoughts:
