Best Neighborhoods in Port Richey for Rental Property Investment

I am trying to purchase a rental investment property in Port Richey, Fl. Was wondering if there is any way to rate different areas of the city as good/bad/ugly. Is there any body familiar with the area that can specifically tell me which areas to avoid?
