If the builder performs a poor installation of vinyl flooring, leading to it ripping off after 2 years, are they responsible for repairing the damages, or are they exempt after 1 year? We have been told that the warranty covers for only 1 year but it doesn't make sense. We would like to see if anybody had similar experience and how they resolved it. Thanks

@Stetson Miller Thank you very much. I contacted Royal Palm Property Management team and are discussing the terms with them. Really appreciate your feedback.

@Aaron Ohler we would also appreciate the information as we are still looking for a good CPA.

@Stetson Miller, thank you so much for the inforamtion.

Does anybody knows a good property management team with reasonable fees in Cape Coral, Fl (SFH, long term)? With these high rates and current rents, we want to explore any options to at least break even!

@ Stetson Miller with these higher rates and today's rents, we can hardly break even. Do you know what are Royal Palm Property Managment fees for the first month of contract and following months?

Does anybody knows a good real estate law firm in Cape Coral or Ft Myers area?
