How is he a PITA now?

Hi @Christine Swaidan. Did your tenant ever stop texting you? I have one that moved in a month ago and I'm tired of them texting me, too. This time it's about ants. 

Thanks but I am still looking to see if I can protect myself from liability while keeping the sheds.

I thought about increasing my umbrella from $1 million to $2 million. But how do I know that will be enough? Technically, I don't.

I have a rental home with 4 storage sheds out back. I would like to keep a couple of these but am concerned about any liability issues that could arise. If I were to include an addendum to the lease which states I am not liable for any issues pertaining to the storage sheds (whether they be to the sheds themselves or to the tenants from any injury), would that protect me?

Does insurance cover damage to floors and ceilings below if there's a leak?

I think I need to provide a washer/dryer hookup for my tenant but I am scared of the damage to the hardwood floors underneath. Is there any way to prevent damage from a leaking or overflowing washer? 

Does anyone here have any experience with making money from the storage shed that comes with the property?
