I am looking for a 4 plex or duplex in Seattle, up to 900K. Can pay more if the deal is attractive. 

My crystal ball says we have not reached the peak yet, but natural disaster is hard to predict. 

I need to invest proceeds from 1031 exchange in the next 45 days. Would like whole sale deals up to 900K.
