Anyone here interested or involved in single family/duplex conversions to townhomes in Seattle.  I've been doing a lot of leg work on these opportunities and would love to get the take of some more experienced investors regarding these opportunities.

What say you Hawks fans?

You don't need an HOA for townhomes in Seattle. Just do zero lot line. Most townhomes in the Seattle fall under that category nowadays.

It's a lot harder to find a good deal these days, but yes, this would be another variation of fix and flip.

This is a great market since many Seattle townhouses are in the 6xx price range or higher now. If you can buy a townhouse style multi-plex at like 300k-400k or so a door, depending on the area, there is potential to make some good money.

Let me know if you would like me to keep an eye out for these kinds of opportunities.  GO HAWKS!
