For new agents, I can personally vouch for the exceptional new agent training of Keller Williams Realty. Keller Williams training, as well as the Millionaire Real Agent / Millionaire Real Estate Investor Books built a solid foundation for my real estate career (and investing career as well).

If you're looking for something a little more flexible, I'd highly recommend investigating EXP Realty as well. It is mostly cloud based, so you may miss some of the face to face mentorship, but it has comprehensive online training programs.

I hope this feedback helps. Warmest regards,

I've personally be involved in over 350 real estate transactions, and I can't remember 1 time when the offer was presented in person. The majority of the negotiation was handled over the phone. One caveat, this is assuming that you are writing up your offers prior to verbally negotiating.

If you aren't writing up your offers, I recommend starting there. Otherwise, it would make sense that you'd have a low conversion rate.

I went to a Fortune Builders seminar when I was beginning in the business. In my opinion, this type of training is grossly overvalued, especially when you could read a view books and connect with a mentor and get the same education for a tiny fraction of the cost.

I took an alternative route, I began as a real estate agent earning an income as I learned the business, and very carefully analyzed the first couple deals that I invested in. Deal analysis will always be important, but after your first couple deals you will be so relieved that you didn't spend $15k on FB "systems".

Sometimes, in rare cases, it can be worth it IF it is the catalyst you need to get started. That being said, there are definitely more cost-effective ways to acquire the knowledge and experience necessary, and move forward.

I've followed this pretty closely, and my thoughts are fairly simple and straightforward regarding this... If millennials prefer to rent, areas that have a higher concentration of millennials would have a more competitive rental market and a less competitive purchase market. As an investor, that is great news... That being said, I believe that this will naturally balance itself out in areas where purchasing becomes the more affordable option.
