Hey guys.  From the title, i’m 17. I’ve found a very good property which is cash flow positive. My dad is willing to invest if I find a good enough deal, but he’s only got $20,000 in capital for a down payment. This property needs at least 70,000. How can I fund this property? b

Obviously my name won't be on the contract #1 and #2 we can't use FHA because we don't want to live there.

With prices in SoCal being so high up there, trying to finance a property through FHA will require me to have a hefty income which is very rare for most early 20 year olds. Maybe I'll utilize it in a different market with a cosigner.

Hey guys!

I'm currently 17 and very interested in investing in multifamily properties. I've just got two questions.

If I've got the capital for a down payment, do you think when I'm 18 or 19 I'll be able to finance my first multifamily property through a hard money lender?

Second question is, I'm looking to network with people in Socal. I'm in Redondo Beach but will drive all over Socal to take one of you investors out for coffee and questions.

Best Regards,
