Thanks @Chris Mason! That is a wonderful idea and I have definitely thought about it...in fact, I was just entering figures into the rental property calculator for a tri-plex, about 5 mins from Kaiser on a quiet block where property RARELY comes available. This property would be PERFECT for traveling nurses!
