I have heard good and bad things about having an answering service field your calls. What specifically doesn't everybody like about them?

Really? Nobody knows the answer to this question? Come on, I know there are plenty of people experienced in short sales here. Has this not come up before?

I don't know about "illegal" but I do know that banks will not let you assign your contract in a short sale. But once you close on the property, you are able to flip it. Hundreds of investors do it every day. Many of them are here right now! I agree about finding a new mortgage broker though.

Could be fun. Let me know when and where and I'll see if I can make it, too.
