I recently heard a webinar about making money in Judgments/liens & options by a guy by the name of; Mike Warren (if anybody has heard of him?) His courses to learn all about the business were somewhere around $995, which I did not pay. I am trying to find out if there is an alternative way of learning to profit from this concept, and if there is anybody out there doing likewise?

Thank you.

Bill Yotty is also principal of yet another scam under the name of FORTUNO, INC. and REO INCOME,INC. and have offices in Utah, CA and AZ. He has ripped off many investors, including myself. Be very aware.

Do NOT do business with these people, they will scam you out of your money like they did myself and MANY others. You can read more about this on ripoffreport.com and complaints.com for pending legal action against them.

Is this a deal/contact that I can pass onto an investor/buyer?

I live in a desirable area of San Diego, CA. There is a duplex which is now an REO and not yet been listed. I called the agent to find out more and they are still awaiting appraisal but thinks somewhere in the region of $350,000 -$400,000 and 1400 sq ft. Apparantly the former owner had purchased the property as a "tear-down" but rented it out instead. I have heard that it is zoned for condos, and like I said it is in a great area. Anybody have any feedback here before it gets listed?

I am contemplating hanging my CA license with a broker. I also want to do wholesaling/flipping etc. Can anybody advice as to if I work both sides of the coin (so to speak) will it create any potential problems, i.e. legal etc etc.?

I guess the pro's of being an agent would be to have access to the MLS and of course to learn one angle of real estate sales etc.
