I am interested in learning more about making $ in Probate RE sales. Is anybody having any luck in this area, and if so - how did you best learn "the ropes".

Thank you. BTW, I reside in S.Cal.

Thanks for your feedback. I've been advised that using having an active RE license can result in possible liabilities if engaging in any creative investing, therefore not to be affiliated with any brokerage.

Hello,

I am located in S.California and looking to obtain expired listings but don't know how to go about this since I am not a Realtor and do not have access to the MLS. I do however have an active RE license, but am not affiliated with any brokerage.

If there are any S.CA based (San Diego specifically) RE Agents out there that may be interested in working with me, let me know.

Thanks

Can anybody advise where to obtain expired listings - OTHER THAN from RE AGENTS? The one's I have contacted do not seem to be too enthusiastic in offering any.

Many thanks

I also have my RE license, but since I am interested in getting into "creative" side of RE, I have been advised NOT to use my license from a liability standpoint.

Can anybody offer any samples of letter content to Out of State owners. And also, what type of mailing usually works best - postcard or letter, and 800 # or is this not important?

Thank you.

Can anybody tell me if there is a way to get access to the MLS without going to work for a Broker?

I have my CA RE license but don't want to be a RE Agent for anybody.

Thank you.
