Is there an opportunity here?
Is this a deal/contact that I can pass onto an investor/buyer?
I live in a desirable area of San Diego, CA. There is a duplex which is now an REO and not yet been listed. I called the agent to find out more and they are still awaiting appraisal but thinks somewhere in the region of $350,000 -$400,000 and 1400 sq ft. Apparantly the former owner had purchased the property as a "tear-down" but rented it out instead. I have heard that it is zoned for condos, and like I said it is in a great area. Anybody have any feedback here before it gets listed?
