Hey all. Just reaching out to fellow investors in the Jersey area. I was born and raised in Central Jersey and know the market around here very well. Ive spent years building up a crew of reliable contractors and have also built a reputation for doing quality work. Been trolling around sites like these for years and doing all the necessary educations to learn the real estate end of investing. I know agents, attornys, title companies all from my area. In my line of work I frequently come across great deals and am looking for some experienced investors who want to work together and build a lasting business relationship. If you investors out there are looking for a contractor that can run multiple job sites, find deals, negotiate AND most importantly someone you can TRUST, then look no further. Feel free to give me a call or just contact me through this site.. Also..any feedback you experienced investors have to offer to help me grow in the real estate industry, I am all ears..Looking forward to working with you guys!

Just so i understand this correctly. You are having an issue with someone putting a house under contract and then turning around and assigning it a cash buyer for a higher price?

So assigning contracts in Florida is illegal even if done properly?

Whats up Bigger Pockets Family. I am a Contractor/Investor in Central New Jersey. I do a lot of remodeling in the area and am always coming across crazy deals. I am looking to build a list of buyers so when these deals do come along we can either JV it or I can wholesale it to you. Either or is fine. My contracting experience gives you a 2 for 1 bang for your buck. Ive been in this area my whole life so I know the area well. Reach out to me so we can discuss what type of properties you are looking for and I will add you to my contacts. I look forward to hearing from you guys and gals.

I am a contractor in NJ. No way id be able to start next day. Im usually booked out a month in advance minimum. I have my own contract and would never sign anything but. Its fair or all parties involved. It is very difficult sometimes to include every single detail of a project and some extras may arise because of it. It is not easy to find a good contractor these days but make sure when you do find him, you dont look elsewhere.
