Anybody ever use Lending Home for a hard money loan. Id like to hear if anybody had any experiences with them. thanks in advance.

my take as a contractor...if he didnt build it to the specs that were on the plan and approved by the local twshp..he is responsible for  the added work to correct such mistakes. If he was contracted for solid wood doors, u should get solid wood doors. Period! I know there are aleays 2 sides to the story...but if this is truly how it went down...pay him nothing until its resolved. Hope this helps

If the contractor follows the approved drawings he is responsible? Explain how?

will this strategy work for flipping properties as well?

I agree with charlie. I have done a few fire restoration jobs and the original amount the insurance company would pay out eas waaaay off. I did an assesment for the client and got her almost 30k more money paid towards the damages. If you need any advice on any of that..feel free to reach out.
