What is the best way to find out how much rent I would receive for my house with a section 8 tenant?

Hello everybody!

I am looking for markets that have a lot of quadriplexes. I am a pilot with the ability to live anywhere and plan to house hack every year for the foreseeable future. My mom is a flight attendant and also wants to house hack. I don't care where I live as I am always traveling. House hacking quadriplexes seems like the fastest way to grow my passive income. I am also interested in using the FHA 203k loan to renovate a quad. If anyone knows markets that have a lot of quads I'd appreciate the info !!!

@Amy Friend the company was building so many houses they were offering incentives to anyone who used their preferred lender. I couldn’t believe how little cash it took me to get a large 5 bedroom home.

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Houston.

Purchase price: $270,000
Cash invested: $1,000

I bought a 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom new construction home in Houston using my VA loan. The seller was offering closing credits to veterans so I only had to spend about $1,000 total to move in. My total expenses are around $2,000 a month and I can receive $3,000 a month in gross rents once every bedroom is rented for a total cashflow of $1,000 a month. I locked in the contract in January while the home was still being built and it had already appreciated $43,000 when I closed in May.
