Hello,

My name is Sam Collins. I am 26 years old and located in the Greater Houston Area. I actually live on Cleveland, Texas. I am new to investing in real estate. This has been one of my dream goals in life, so needless to say I am excited. Currently I work a full time job for ExxonMobil BOP. Hopefully within 5 years I will be able to be fully self sufficient off my investments.

I wanted to join the BP community to be able have the knowledge from the group to be able to lean on when needed, and also gain a few relationships with some great people.

At the moment I am interested in SFH and MFH to establish a long term cash flowing portfolio.

I can’t wait to see what it is all about!
