Markets with a lot of Quadriplexes?

Hello everybody!

I am looking for markets that have a lot of quadriplexes. I am a pilot with the ability to live anywhere and plan to house hack every year for the foreseeable future. My mom is a flight attendant and also wants to house hack. I don't care where I live as I am always traveling. House hacking quadriplexes seems like the fastest way to grow my passive income. I am also interested in using the FHA 203k loan to renovate a quad. If anyone knows markets that have a lot of quads I'd appreciate the info !!!
