I just finished a RE school. 3 weekend's, 60 hours total. It's called "Philadelphia Real Estate Classes". Price was $399.00 book included. The class only teaches the subjects you need to know, you still have to study for the exam.

You might have a crack in the foundation and need a french drain installed.

I'm new also. Podcasts are great. Keep doing your homework. The book, "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" is also very good. More of a motivational book though. You can get it on audio.

There are a lot of people that recommend Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Not really an investors book, more about motivation.

For $50,000 your best bet would probably be West Phila. Probably need to rehab too.

Read the books that are recommended to read. like the Ultimate Beginners Guide. Also the podcasts have great info.
