Hi, I'm sort of new to the site.  I created an account a few months ago but haven't done too much since joining.  I recently started listening to the podcasts.  I'm currently revisiting the Ultimate Beginner's Guide.  I started reading a couple of books on rental properties but I'll admit that I may be absorbing too much info and not taking much action.

I'd like to focus on multi-family homes with buy and hold in mind.  I'm currently compiling a list of properties, good and bad, to practice analyzing.
