I got my first property in Philadelphia and the rehabbing games have begun! Does anyone know where to get a good price on building materials, windows, sheet rock, etc. It is completely gutted. I also need bath tub (freestanding soaker). Are there any places that sell them and I can get without having to wait for delivery?
