Hi. I am very interested in investing in a single family home around philadelphia area Pennsylvania. Something where I can invest in a property to rent out. I have almost no experience in real estate and I am looking to find some help from bigger pockets.

West Philadelphia and Central Philadelphia area is what i am interested in mainly but all suggestions are welcome.

Please let me know what would be the best way to approach this.

Thanks.
