Yes I agree overall. PropStream is a huge timesaver. Personally I tried Zillow FSBO leads manually which can work but takes a lot of time.

Now I use PropStream but so far I just use truepeoplesearch.com for free skipping. Probably not the best but the price is right. I sent you a Facebook DM too. Hope that helps some

I’ve only used PropStream. However, specific to TX I hear good things about propelio because they pull county data in person so it’s very timely
