Thanks everyone! I really appreciate the excellent feedback! I feel even more motivated to invest in WF now! While I'm looking for cashflow now, I intend to hold these properties for 10-15 years as part of my family's retirement nest egg. I've been watching the market for awhile now and I'm finding it very challenging to find decent SFRs at a good price point or that don't have rediculous HOA fees! So, you are all right about those! Still, I'm determined to pull the trigger in 2019, so keep the good tips coming! Happy New Year everyone!

I'm looking to buy an SFR or Townhouse in Wake Forest in 2019. Can anyone recommend the best neighborhoods for B-class properties that rent well? Got any tips on how to learn which communities to target beyond driving for dollars? Which neighborhoods should I avoid? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!
