I'm looking to buy an SFR or Townhouse in Wake Forest in 2019. Can anyone recommend the best neighborhoods for B-class properties that rent well? Got any tips on how to learn which communities to target beyond driving for dollars? Which neighborhoods should I avoid? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Hey Scheryl, are you purchasing a rental for tax benefits, retirement, cash flow, etc?  Depending upon why you’re wanting to buy will have an impact on what to buy.
