I'm new to BP and am studying deal analysis. Quick question: How do I find out the average vacancy rate for Wake Forest/Raleigh, NC? Thanks for your help!

@Scheryl McDavid  If you are really serious about buying a place and not just doing an exercise, you need way more information. The student condo's near NC State are so different than the high end newly built Condos downtown and those are different than the older 2/1s in WF, which are different than the 3/2s....I agree with the comment above--10% is a reasonable number.
