December Raleigh/Durham Meetup (Special Format) :)

Hello RTP folks!  We have a special meetup planned for this group! @Uriah D. just closed on a new property he is going to flip, and has invited us all to check it out in its beginning stages.

We will discuss:

- Acquisition costs, financing and process

- Rehab budget and scope of work

- Comparable sales used to determine after repair value

The address of the home is 2112 Hillock Drive in Raleigh.  We will meet there at 10:00 am on Saturday the 3rd, and if anyone cares to have lunch together afterwards, we will plan to be at Tarbouch Mediterranean Restaurant around 11:30

Hey everyone! I have seen this done in other cities with great success so why not in Raleigh! If you are new or seasoned I'm sure it will be a good time. If Art Allen can make it he will answer any GC related questions anyone may have. We plan to have a meet up about once a month until the project finishes. This will hopefully be beneficial to anyone wanting to see the whole process.
