Hi - is there any decent, affordable, Architecture available in BP for city of Austin. I have a project to start. and looking for the architecture for sometime. Thanks Sal.

No @James K. I didn't. It seems like really hard to find reliable builder unless you pay high high dollars. Then you say, does it really worth doing the project if there is no "meat" left for project.. I am going through a rehab project which should have been done in 3-4 weeks into 4th month.

and still looking.. lol. Specially with new Tax law seems like CPA office don't even have a time to talk to new clients. Different world :).

I am in process of two full rehabs, and other maintenance work and I still couldn't find reliable/responsible and trustworthy person whom I can say, yes I can count on the person. It just one of those things..

If it's proximity is really close to Down Town etc. I see this as Great place for AirBnB/HomeAway.

at the same token. I notice on AirBnB and Home Away folks are renting out Type 2 in Austin land area.

Austin also stop the permit, but I see many AirBnB and HomeAway around the city. Apparently, city is not pushing the code.

To All - I am starting STR soon :). I think it's better model for now in terms of ROI. Thanks All in participating the discussion.
However, I just got to know that STR should be registered to city of Austin. But at the same time I notice lots of folks are running business with without doing it.  (interestingly).
