I know this is an old post but here is also a tip for many of you targeting PPC campaigns. When you find those "hidden" local keywords take the time to write articles on them. Make that article 2000 words or greater. As time goes on you will dominate your local market and scale back your PPC campaign.

I have a 800sqft lot in Philadelphia, PA I am thinking of buying. It is zoned approved for utility companies. What companies do any of you know if that lease private land?
