@Dan Kim Welcome to BP and wish you all the best on your REI journey. I'd say just narrow down your criteria and have a good reason for it. You may not have all the answers in the beginning but you don't need all answers together. Focus on one thing at a time and things will start falling into place.

Also, having a good team is key for your success so start looking into it. Go to your local REI meetups, network on BP, etc.

@Scott Ashworth you’ve explained it quite well and I agree with your points although I feel the acquisition cost in Cary neighborhoods is still higher compared to Holly Springs (assuming same class). By ‘convenience factors’ I meant the same things that you have mentioned such as distance to RTP, etc.
