Thank you @Ronan M. I never thought about it! Is it mandatory to have Operating Agreement? I've got mixed feedback on this. At least for the first year, I plan to be the only owner of the LLC (no partners or employees).

Hi All, 

I am planning to setup an LLC in NC. My goal is mainly to buy rental properties and do rehabs. Any tips/advise for someone setting up a business for the first time? Also, I am debating if I should use LegalZoom or should I go through a local Accountant?

Hi Everyone!!!

I am Saurin Pandya from North Jersey. My wife (Priyal) and I, both are newbie in the world of REI and looking for some guidance/tips on how and where to get started. Our immediate goal is to do at least 2 wholesale deals by March 2016. That being said, we have few specific questions as below:

1. 1) What kind of business should we establish? (e.g. LLC, S-corp, etc.)
2. 2) How much capital would we need to begin with? 
3. 3) How much time do we need to invest (realistically) per week?
