Newbie from Denver, now living in San Diego

Hi All,

Wanted to introduce myself to the community here. My name is Kendall, and I'm a Colorado native now residing in San Diego, CA. Relatively new to the real estate world and currently working a 9-5 finance job in healthcare while juggling a side hustle in photography. Joined here to gain more broad real estate knowledge to eventually purchase an investment property (BRRR attracts me as of now but open minded). Last year I was living at a house that went through a full landscaping renovation that I got to help with..the before/after results were incredible. Look forward to connecting with some of you!
