Some of the data sources what has been mentioned ( AirDNA, rabbu , etc) are good starting points.

Also some of the market reports published by vacasa and other companies may give a clue on some of the hot makers.

End of the day, other factors like one’s comfort of the location, seasonality, budget etc dictates the market selection.

FNMA and FHLMC have published guidelines that allow for the transfer of your title to an LLC provided it is being transferred by the original borrower into an LLC wherein that original borrower has majority interest.
