I’m closing on an AirBnb on 9/1 and I’m in need of a cleaning company. The property is in the downtown St. Augustine area. Any recommendations would be appreciated, thanks!

Thanks for the reply! St. Augustine can be a great market for Vacation Rentals but you definitely need to understand the regulations and zoning before purchase to ensure that you are permitted to operate as a vacation rental.

I’m going to DM you a few items to review.
