The ideal candidate:

A sales professional that understands success comes through self-discipline, hard work, and consistency. This person is teachable and is always trying to improve themselves by reading books, watching videos, reading blogs, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, taking classes or whatever means possible. This candidate is a closer, fast starter, highly money motivated and is looking for the right opportunity to use their people skills, negotiation skills, and talents to build a long-lasting career.

This person doesn't complain, make excuses, or have a negative attitude. They get results and are proud of it. This candidate can follow instructions and is very detail orientated. Strong sales and negotiation skills are preferred. The candidate must be able to read people and personalities and pick out motivational hot button reasons for homeowners selling their house and be able to capitalize on it with non-pushy, and non-sleazy tactics.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work remotely, and manage leads effectively and precisely in our company CRM
  • Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects and team
  • Call and meet with homeowners that want to sell their house
  • Convert the leads we give you and generate your own leads
  • Be challenged to reach your goals, grow, and think outside the box
  • Build rapport with the sellers, negotiate, overcome objections and get a minimum number of contracts signed per month

Requirements:

  • Must reside in the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex area
  • Be a team player, self-starter, and is willing to learn
  • HS Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Be willing to examine your strengths and weaknesses
  • Must have a working laptop and smartphone
  • Be committed to growth for yourself and the company
  • Excellent and proactive calendar & time management skills
  • Be the kind of person we’d want to hang out with
  • Excellent organizational skills and devotion to detail
  • A strong work ethic
  • Must have clean and reputable transportation, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance
  • Mastery of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and ability to learn our CRM
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills, and strong decision-making ability are essential
  • Ability to work some longer hours and late evenings (Mon-Fri.) if needed, and occasionally evenings and weekends as required by lead flow (most appointments are set from 10am-6pm M-F; Sat appts are often inevitable)

Compensation:

This is a commission-based sales position. Commissions are calculated based on total net profit per property. The option of a bi-monthly draw is available after a 60-day trial period. Outside Sales Rep. will earn at least $75k a year. IF YOU'RE A ROCKSTAR YOU COULD EARN $150K+
