@Ryan B. I worked in property management in Iowa City and I believe that we were under a Broker. The employees who showed property were required to have a real estate license. Since you are doing maintenance I believe the same rules will still apply, but I could be wrong. I hope this helps.

@Account Closed Are you set on the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City markets? Iowa City is really competitive and the students drive up everything it might be kind of hard to crack. Cedar Rapids is a different story. This question has been asked multiple times, I would look at previous posts to get more information as well.

I found this deal through direct mail marketing on the Bigger Pockets Marketplace.

How did you add value to the deal?

Providing Marketing exposure.

What was the outcome?

The Deal is currently active on the Quad Cities MLS.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
