Hello, are there any Realtors on here who are also active investors. I am working on getting my Realtors license and I should have it in less than a month. i just want to know how obtaining your license affected your Real Estate Investing career.

@Demeko Morgan So far what have you done as far as Wholesaling goes? Are you using direct mail marketing? How are you finding your deals?
