Recent College grad, interesting in how to get started
Fairly new to this forum, so hello!
I am a recent college grad, working in a decent marketing job paying off my student debt. While I have almost no capital, I am pretty invested in becoming financially free sooner rather than later. Whether it is through investments, side jobs, real estate or whatever, I am open to getting a low maintenance life and enjoying time with (future) family.
I live in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids area so I believe the market is pretty good and I would love to stay in the area.
I really want to move on this goal and set a good foundation.
Any advice on how I can get started?

I would highly recommend reading through BP forums and listening to the podcasts. I am a senior college and have flipped a few houses. I was able to get started by investing with an experienced investor that served as a mentor for me. There are so many ways to invest in real estate and there is no one "right" way. I know that many people get started by house hacking.
