Post: fix & flip mentor/partner for Nevada City home

Hey there,

I have a few rentals and a few performing notes but I'd like to get into fix & flipping.  Does anyone want to tackle a gorgeous renovation on a home in Nevada City with me to walk me through the process...and make money at the same time?  I feel like the home has lots of potential.  I don't have it under contract or anything, just putting it out there...

@Account Closed I have done about half of the engineering work and half of the architecture work. Yes, this is the slow part and not cheep!  I may hand the project off to a GC that will handle it all from start to finish.

Hey there!   I have 45 acres I rent out for agricultural purposes and have for many years.  I have a 6% Owner Carry on it which has a balloon next year.  I'd like to ReFi into something with out a balloon.  Any body have any solutions?

Thanks!!

@Nabil Suleiman I am interested in some contacts as well.  I have a vacant lot in the Bay area that is free of debt and in a high end neighborhood.  I have preliminary building plans but have struggled with even the thought of tackling a construction loan.  Has anybody here ever been through the process?

@Brian Garrett That is a main concern for me too. Should I seek out an investment group that specializes in HML or should I analyze the property I am loaning on and work directly with the borrower?

Hey @Max McNally Let me know how things are going.  I live in Cali too and own a 4-plex in Ohio, and have been studying the state's market extensively.  I like multi's but I think their is a lot of opportunity for BRRRRing there, but I don't have any boots on the ground.  Always looking for collaborators....Cheers.  Drop a line if you want to chat more.

Hey there,

I am interested in becoming a Hard Money Lender because I just don't have time to manage rentals and all that.  Does anyone on here know of some reputable contacts which could get me good rates on my money if I put it up for hard money loans?  How does this process work?  I have roughly 300-500k to lend, I'd prefer 10 years notes, with monthly payments.

Thanks!
