Res Multi BUNDLE for sale

I currently own a number of multifamily properties in Rhode Island.  Recently, I was presented with an offer from an out of state investor to purchase a particular group of my 2 and 3 unit buildings.  That deal is currently in progress, but I own several other bundles of multifamily properties in the area.  I am currently considering selling another package of 6 houses/7 parcels consisting of the following:  16 units, 3 rented garages, and 1 parking lot.  These properties generate an annual income north of $200,000 per year.  The annualized expenses for the entire bundle is $28,000 including taxes, utilities, and insurance (which I have just reduced by $6,000) bringing the cost to $22,000.

Should anyone like to discuss the finer points further, I please feel free to reach out.  I am looking to liquidate a portion of my portfolio to transition more into lending.
