@Justin Molzhon

I'm not sure about Detroit (i'm not familiar with the properties there), but the midwest has potential everywhere for something like this. Cleveland, Greater Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, etc. If you're ever interested in Greater Cincinnati, let me know and I can do my best to answer any question you may have! Or we can connect! Always love to meet new people!

Hi Wes, some good cash flow markets to look into are primarily in the mid west. Greater Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Columbus, etc. are good examples of cash flowing areas (if you find the right deal for it). I am unfamiliar with Phoenix and Atlanta though. If you have any questions about Greater Cincinnati, feel free to reach out! I'll always be here to answer whatever question you may have as best as I can!

@Sadie Bond

Columbus is a good place to invest. Great for cash flow but of course depends on the property. Some similar places to invest include Greater Cincinnati and Cleveland. If you ever have questions about Greater Cincinnati, i'd be happy to answer them! Columbus is great!

@Tabitha Rice

Hi Tabitha, many people, like myself, love to start out with an FHA loan on a small multifamily property. I haven't done it yet, but when my first investment comes, I will. But if you decide to invest out of state, and you want to be in a cash flow market, I would suggest the midwest. Whether it be Indianapolis, Cleveland, Columbus, Northern Ky, Cincinnati, etc. If you are ever interested in Greater Cincinnati, I am an agent I would be happy to answer any question you may have! But, depending on what you have, I would suggest FHA to start!

I'm unsure of this topic but I just want to say I wish you the best of luck wherever/whenever you decide to invest!

@Cameron Biggs

I am not familiar with the Cleveland market, but I do know it is somewhat similar to Greater Cincinnati! Or maybe Columbus even (not familiar with there either). I am an agent in Cincinnati, feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about the Greater Cincinnati market!

@Ian Loonce

If it is a part of your lease, evict them. They're currently breaking the lease, in what seems like, at least 2 ways. So that's more than enough reasoning to do so. I hope you get the situation all figured out Ian!

@Bret Halsey

Hi Bret! I am a real estate agent in OH, more specifically, Cincinnati. You say you're interested in the midwest, and I believe Cincinnati may have what you are looking for! Not only Cincinnati, but Northern Kentucky as well! I myself plan to invest here with a small multifamily FHA loan to start in the next 6 months. If Greater Cincinnati isn't your type, I would recommend Columbus, Indianapolis, or even Cleveland. DM me if you have any questions, i'd be happy to answer them!
