@John Thedford we didn’t back out. In the contract we gave ourselves 30 days to find a buyer and couldn’t within the time frame.

Just started my journey into wholesaling with two other friends of mine. We’ve been at it for some months with little success (two properties under contract but no deal). Any one have advice on how to efficiently find property? We’ve done the mass postcard thing, cold calling, now we’re getting more personal leaving written notes on doors. Any advice!!?!??

My team and I have been looking everywhere for property to get under contract and flip BUT things have been SLOW! So far we’ve only had two houses under contract and both ended up flopping because the prices that the owners wanted was too high and they wouldn’t budge. Anyways, As someone who is new to the game and looking to get knee deep in the game, is there any advice out there to help expedite the process? We posted bandit signs, put business cards around places, and marketed on FB. Any advice will be appreciated !
