What’s up BP family.

I am looking into obtaining an LLC for my real estate endeavors. The state I live in has the highest fee for getting one and was looking into Legal Zoom to obtain a cheaper LLC since my business will technically have no physical location.

Should I go the Legal Zoom route or are there better options? Am I or am I not required to stay in state in terms of having an LLC?

Got this idea from a post I saw. How would you guys use 1k? Should I continue to save more or is there a creative way to get started with 1k. Coming from someone who is anxious to get their feet all the way in with real estate.

Keeping in mind that emergency savings is no issue and bills are being paid, no issue either.

@Michinori Kaneko i’ve learned to ask about septic vs sewer, hoa fees in terms of buying a condo, checking to see if there’s enough space for a potential extra room, and rule of 5s in terms of estimating repair costs. i’ve been listening to bigger podcasts and reading forum posts continually, but like the old saying goes, “you don’t know what you don’t know”

just looking for some advice from those who are experienced

When viewing property for a potential fix and flip, what questions should I ask? What should I look for? Ex. Septic, Structure, etc...

In other words, as a beginning investor, should I look into mobile homes as opportunities also ?

Are mobile homes worth buying and flipping as well?

has anyone out there on bigger pockets have any success wholesaling out-of-state? i live in any area where the practice is illegal so i am now looking to try elsewhere?
