How does on go about buying foreclosed property without having any money?? There’s a lot of foreclosure property i want to get my hands on in my area but don’t know how. Any ideas?

@Kevin Dong I feel like I have no other choice right? We were so excited to get our first contract that we didn’t do our due diligence on running comps. Our contract does say if we cannot close in 30 days, the deal is null and void.
