For my fix and flips do you recommend I get my license that way I save on agent fees? I am not much of a cheery person therefore I think I would only do what is required to maintain the license. That's the way it works right?

I'm analyzing a foreclosure list I purchased question about the levy. There's a row for Taxes Due and then another one is labeled Levy. The amounts are mostly the same, sometimes there's a difference but not significant. I'm unsure how to take them into consideration when bidding. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi! I was just looking up Tax Levy on the website as I prepare for the Auction next week and what a coincidence I find the exact answer with someone from the same city! So basically would Taxes Due and Levy be the same thing in some cases?

Hello Can anyone help me I purchased a foreclosure list but I’m not completely sure what one of the rows mean.

Taxes Due 8176

Levy 8176

CONSIDERATION $519,000

CAD Value $261,875

I’m not completely sure what consideration means on this list. Would it mean the loan amount that is left?

Any help is appreciated thank you

Hello, I live in El Paso TX but travel to San Antonio yearly a couple of times because well, NBA basketball. How is the Airbnb market in SA? I overall truly enjoy San Antonio and would love to get a vacation home there that I could turn into Airbnb, we usually spend around $2000 every trip so that’s another reason. What zip codes do you recommend? I’ve done a little bit of research but I’m not completely familiar with all of San Antonio. Especially investor friendly areas.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone from Texas specifically El Paso, TX what is the best list to get for foreclosures? I know of Roddy’s but I also learned of EndQuest in the el paso region. Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated
