Any tips as to what exactly to write? Since I’m targeting three specific properties I will be handwriting them. Also does the type of paper I use matter? Lol I have flimsy printing paper only.

Love to know you see the potential as well! Yes there’s not much supply but once in a while I noticed there are homes that pop up for less than $50,000

My mom wants to purchase a home and as I started looking into properties in the area I realized some can be pretty cheap. Anyone familiar with the area? Im in El Paso but my mom lives in Alamogordo.I started to shift my search towards that area as I feel there's opportunity there.

Hello new to BP. Just started listening the last couple of months.  I’m trying to help my dad expand his rental portfolio, I’m interested in finding people I can connect with that can help out in regards to knowledge or just helping find leads. I know I’m not the only one that sees so much future potential for the city of El Paso. Currently heavily searching for properties single family and multi.I’m also currently on the lookout for a duplex for myself where I can get an owner occupied loan with. Let’s connect!
