@Nick Dunin

Hey Nick! I should’ve clarified, I work for a commercial insurance brokerage and we used to market with cards about 15 years ago when I was not with the company. Now we have multiple outlets through social media and email campaigns. for a realtor the market is a little different so maybe Facebook, YouTube or Instagram ads? That’s mainly what I mean by doing digital marketing.

@Charlie Scheiderer

Hey Charlie! Id love to connect! I’m a commercial insurance broker but also have an AZ real estate license. I’d love to hear how you progress and share some of my goals!

@Donald F.

Hey Donald,

I’m a commercial insurance broker and realtor. I don’t have a specific person in mind, but I feel like I could help if I asked a few people. What brokerage do you work at, what size and what type of deals do you do? Our insurance brokerage is split into two separate teams and we do training in-house but have looked at many options so I could ask around. Then there’s my real estate brokerage I could ask too.

@Jason Malabute

You hit the nail on the head Jason! There is a lot more I’m sure you could go in depth with Buford to keep it short and simple with 2 pain points.

@Nick Dunin

Let me know how it goes! We digitalized our marketing but seems like the post cards are doing just fine honestly!

@John Teachout

I’m in Phoenix so my appreciation made me so much money I just don’t see the reason to stop that!

@Veronica Hennessey

I’d do a 1-4 unit in TX, FL but likely AZ as I get the commission because I’m a licensed realtor. I can do 10% down on a second home so it makes a little more sense for me to do that first before I get a commercial loan. If your interested in other states I’d do one multifamily property over 5 units for like 500k in lansing, Indianapolis or columbus
