@Seth Wilcock

Hey Seth why do you like auto owners? They’ve been hardening their market quite a bit as well as CIG. It’s not hard to switch carriers especially during renewal. Just reach out to any different independent broker.

@Matt Martin

I’m a commercial insurance agent at an independent insurance brokerage. You will want to use an independent insurance brokerage who can access an earthquake insurance wholesaler. They all access the same 5 or 6 eq carriers. You should use an agent who can provide estimates and premium options for different limits so you can present that to the lender and see if you can negotiate less coverage to save $$$. Let me know if I can help with anything!

@Juan Rodriguez

Hey Juan, I’m a commercial agent at an independent insurance brokerage. I suggest using a broker who has allegiance to the client and not one specific carrier. As to your follow up question, a local agent does not matter. There is not limited carrier access due to region, appointments with carriers are more so based off book value, allocation, growth and appetite. Just try to find a knowledgeable agent and ask about what risks he specializes in writing and what the majority of his book is.

@Nick Ragucci

Hey Nick, I’m a commercial insurance agent at an independent insurance brokerage. As mentioned before, I’d suggest using an independent insurance brokerage who can access many different carriers. Most can write in all 50 states. Let me know if I can help with anything!

@Ofer Attia

Hey Ofer, I am a commercial agent who works for an independent insurance brokerage. Most brokerages should be able to access SES which is competitive in Florida. Not sure if the properties are near Miami but that area is crazy expensive, usually dollar rates per $100 of TIV. CIBA should write their but they aren’t too competitive anymore. Let me know if I can help with anything!

@Arthur Neves

Hey Arthur,

I’m a commercial insurance agent who works for an independent insurance brokerage. I would suggest using an independent insurance brokerage as most can write in all 50 states. There are a few standard carriers that are competitive in that area and will write fully lender compliant quotes. Let me know if you have any questions!

@Grady Benton

I read the millionaire real estate agent and millionaire real estate investor. Just copy someone else’s model. There. No need to read it, I saved you a bunch of time.

@Julian Miller

Hey Julian, it depends. I got my re license to do my own deals and it’s kind of a burden because I don’t know the process as it’s not my full time job. Then I could get my brokers license but I’d have to learn even MORE just to save a little extra. The more you work the more work is needed to be done. Having said that, I’m dumb enough to probably get my brokers license.
