This event is for all levels. It is a place to network with people who are local and either do what you do, do what you want to do, or do something that could benefit you. It should be a good time. Low pressure and easy especially for newbies. I’m new to hosting the event, but there wasn’t anything for people in the area. Now there is.

Hi everyone,

I recently have been looking at the rental property market of Chicago and it's suburbs. The acquisition costs are attractive, the property taxes are scary. I then began to look in the Gary, Indiana area which then led to Indianapolis and surrounding. I am looking to start putting some money to work using the BRRRR strategy. I would love to hear what your thoughts are on your area of expertise. Ideally, I would find someone who wouldn't mind me plugging into their team of rockstars. I was CA based, but now I am in Phoenix. I have a goal of buying a rental, preferably a duplex or larger before the end of the year. It will be my second acquisition this year besides my primary residence here in Arizona. I look forward to seeing where this thread goes.

Come enjoy a cup of coffee, meet new people, and stay connected with the local real estate professionals.  See you there.

First meeting that I am aware of for the East Valley real estate investor professionals and aspiring professionals. I know it's early, but come and have coffee, network with others who are interested in investing in real estate, and have a good time. I would like to have a regular meeting to go to and I am open to changing the day, time, and location for all subsequent meets if this location and time are not ideal.  See you Sunday.

Does anyone have experience with small multi family units in the Phoenix/Maricopa County area?

In speaking with one of my agents in the area, they said that small multi families lying units were all but phased out in favor of larger apartment complexes.

I have seen some properties that are for sale. I’m curious if anyone else has any input, success stories, or words of caution.

Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone, I’m traveling to Raleigh, NC this weekend. My wife and I are moving from CA in a few months. Since there aren’t any meetups over the weekend, I was wondering if anyone would like to get together Saturday night to have coffee and talk real estate. The areas I’m looking to invest in and purchase my primary residence are Raleigh, Greensboro/winston, or somewhere in between. Let me know if you’d like to meet up. Thanks in advance. Ryan

Hi joe, as far as I know there aren’t any foundation issues. The home needs a new roof and there is some termite damage. I will look into the foundation question.

I have a potential deal in San Clemente, CA. I am looking for an experienced partner who can bring cash liquidity to the table. I haven't put a property under contract, and this project is an expensive one for me to tackle alone. I have the ability to manage to construction process with my flexible schedule. Listed below are the nuts and bolts of the deal. If this is an opportunity that appeals to you, we can talk more in depth about the deal.

ARV 1.3M

PP 825,000

Repairs 85,000

Thank you in advance,

Ryan Ray
